PLM Interest Group

Overview

The PLMIG provides a comprehensive range of PLM tools and guidance material, but PLM is an activity - people must meet, issues must be analysed, documents must be produced, and programmes must be put in place.

Sometimes these tasks and issues can become very complex, and may be made easier by direct PLMIG input.

Bespoke Membership allows you to work interactively with the PLMIG on a specific subject or within a specific timeframe.  The details are defined by agreement based on the ongoing discussions, and may include:-

• Executive Support
• Mentoring
• External Review
• assistance with analysis and discovery
• consultancy in metrics, governance or implementation
• standardisation advice
• discussion or awareness sessions
• support in using the PLMIG tools
• milestone interaction with ongoing projects
